The Board of the Brazilian Cricket Association confirmed last week the postponement of the South American Cricket Championships, which would be held in Rio de Janeiro in the months of November and December 2020.
The Board’s decision to postpone the Championships was guided by the determination to preserve the health of the athletes, organizing committee and staff.

This is the first time that a Championship has been postponed due to external capabilities.
